Im in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  Was a Ham before I was baptized.  Been licensed for abt 10 yrs.  Recently upgraded to General.

Join your local RACES

Hi all,
You should join your local RACES.  At least check them out, go to a few meetings.
Besides learning a lot about emergency comms, you get to participate in public service.   Something we are always told to do by the Brethren.

If I can help, or answer questions about RACES, ARES, etc, ask away.
