Preparing for Hurricane Season
« on: April 27, 2011, 11:26:48 AM »
Had a meeting at the Brockett Chapel in Atlanta on Saturday the 23rd of April concerning lessons learned from past hurricane jump team service, and plans to be ready to help for the upcoming season. Lots of demonstration jump kits and equipment boxes. Attended by about 50 Hams from all over the Southeastern US. IT was a very helpful exchange, follow up on the ERC Southeast Net Saturday mornings at 8:30am Eastern 3.8725Mhz.
