Excerpt from an email I received.  Figured I'd post this for anyone in the area to participate in.

On the first Sunday of each month, there will be operators at the Lynchburg and Lexington buildings to participate in the Buena Vista, Roanoke, and ERC NE nets.  This is a good opportunity to come and participate in the nets and get used to operating the equipment.  Come and join us at 6:30 pm.  Net times are at 6:30 pm (145.490 MHz), 7:00 pm (146.685 MHz), and 8:00 pm (3878 kHz LSB).
